
Volleyball games at Cayuga scheduled for 10/24 have been cancelled.

Our FFA quiz bowl students are competing in a online contest! Good luck to our FFA members!! The quiz is over Texas agricultural, FFA, and parliamentary procedures!


We will have our Halloween FFA meeting on Monday at 6:30 in the Ag building. You are allowed to dress up as long as your costume is school appropriate! We encourage everyone to come join us!! If we have 20 or more students join us, we will pie Mr. Brown in the face afterwards!

Congratulations to our boys cross country team! Poppy finished fourth and we'll move on to regionals! Trinity placed 14th and Arturo placed 19th out of 29 runners! Oakwood ISD is very proud of all of you!

OHS 10th-12th grade students: We will offer the ASVAB test on Monday, October 26th. The test will begin at 8:30 a.m. This is a flex Monday but you would only need to come and test and then you are free to leave. Please come by and sign up in my office. -- Miss Olive


We will have our first FFA meeting on Monday October 26th at 6:00 p.m. in the cafeteria. This will be our Halloween theme meeting and all members including Junior FFA members are encouraged to attend!

The theatre dept. is kicking off our Hydrate our Heroes and Hunger Drive ending November 13th.
We are collecting Bottled Water for our first Responders, and canned/non-perishable goods for our local food pantry.
We would love to have as many people participate in serving our Oakwood Community!!!
