If you are new to our district and would like to register your child for school, please visit us in our district office, and we’ll take good care of you.

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS

We’re happy to have you join our amazing school! Please supply the following documents. We'll make copies and return the originals to you:

• Your child's birth certificate

• Immunization record

• Texas residency verification documentation

REQUIRED IMMUNIZATIONS

Current state law mandates that all children entering school receive vaccinations against the following diseases:

• Diphtheria, Tetanus, and Pertussis

• Polio

• Measles, Mumps and Rubella (MMR)

• Hepatitis A

• Hepatitis B

• Varicella

• Meningococcal
